My name’s Jennifer.
I’ve been on a healing journey most of my life, but in 2015, all my shit came to a head. I started to recover childhood sexual abuse memories… sort of. It’s 2019 now, and I have a lot to share with you — unbelievable stuff that’s happened since I started combing through my entire life. Weird physical somatizations, auditory hallucinations, Buddhism. Pseudo-trance states and ghosts. Powerful energy releases.
Back then, I could not find many complex depictions of trauma, mental illness, or healing. Not from people who were going through it themselves.
So I promise to write as honestly as I can.
